DJ Akademiks reports about Kevin Gates ‘stand your ground’ case in which he allegedly kicked a female fan in the face during a concert was denied. 2 Chainz, Statik Selektah – Smoke Break

Hats off to 2 Chainz for showing everybody that he can still spit some lyrical shit. This joint called “Smoke Break” with Statik Selektah is one of the nicest songs Tity Boi has bussed in a long time. It didn’t surprise me at all to see legendary rapper/weed-head Snoop Dogg in this video considering that a smoke session would automatically jump off after listening to a single like this. Check out this one and add it to your rotation!!

50 Cent Podcast interview with Drink Champs – N.O.R.E & DJ EFN [Part 1]

Man technology is so dope! Sites such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, to name a few are giving people the opportunity to have a powerful movement without the assistance of a major television or radio network. There are so many small entities making big moves with limited resources placing themselves in a position to establish major results. That being said, take a look at this podcast “Drink Champs” by hip-hop veteran N.O.R.E and DJ EFN. In this episode, the duo chatted with hip-hop artist, actor, and CEO 50 Cent.

First of all I must admit that having 50 Cent as a guest on your hour long podcast is a hell of an accomplishment. Shout out to N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN for making this happen. These guys talked about the success of 50‘s “Get Rich Or Die Tryin”, 50‘s television show “Power” and much more while enjoying shots of Effen Vodka and inhaling what appears to be some of the best Swedish Cheeba floating around New York City. It was also cool to see NYC throwback emcee Akinyele stop through to join the conversation.

Check out “How Young Thug Should Have Sung Lifestyle by William Singe

Rich Gang “Lifestyle” by Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan was a hot single that received plenty of airplay in clubs and radio throughout the nation last year. Recently I stumbled across a re-make of Lifestyle by a new artist by the name of William Singe that sounds even better than the original version. This guy remixed the instrumental and turned the entire song to an RnB joint. Nice work!!
