45 days after the death of Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman was finally arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder. Lives have been and are still being destroyed because of the incident. Trayvon’s family will never be the same without him, and Zimmerman’s life will change forever. Even if he’s not convicted for murder, he will never be able to safely walk the streets again. In fact, he will be placed solitary confinement while he awaits his trial. If convicted, Zimmerman could face up to life in prison.
