Since former LA Laker Lamar Odom was traded to the Dallas Mavericks, his career went on a decline. He’s having the worst season of his career so far. Dealing with tragedy off the court and family issues, Odom left the team for a few games to tend to his family in Los Angeles. Before returning back to the Mavericks, he was sent to play with the Texas Legends, a D-League team to “get his legs back” according to Fox Sports.
My advice to the professional athletes are, don’t get too attached to your team because there’s little loyalty in sports. Once your skills diminish or you are not part of the new agenda, you have to be replaced. If you don’t believe this, ask Peyton Manning, Shaquille O’neal, Dominique Wilkins, Hines Ward, the list goes on and on..
