After a couple of years of dedicated fitness training, I let my gym membership expire. My website keep me so busy, I don’t have time to visit the gym anymore. I work out at home but the dedication isn’t there for me anymore. As a result, I’ve gained at least 15lbs in three months. A few work-out magazines suggest that I try diet pills to lose fat but I’m not sure which one is best for me. Hopefully I can get back in shape before the end of the summer!
